In April of 2020, restaurant cook and Chuds BBQ founder Bradley Robinson posted a YouTube video detailing his build of a backyard offset smoker. Fueled by a passion for made-in-Texas flavor, the channel (and smoker sales) soon took off. When it was time to bring the flavors of authentic Texas BBQ to a bigger audience, Chuds was born.

MEET THE CHUD BOX
This is the one. The original direct heat box cooker.
Featuring a 3/16'' carbon steel body and reinforced bottom, the Chud Box holds heat for hours. Manufactured and assembled in TX, it only needs charcoal to get a delicious smoky flavor. It’s got an 18’’ cooking surface so you don’t need to sweat your meat getting burned. Fat juices dripping from the meat to the charcoal creates a distinctive smoked flavor that cannot be recreated with other slow cooking methods.
